Directive 63 Offers Digital Forensics Solutions Via GSA Schedule 70
Directive 63 has been approved by the General Services Administration to provide a Digital Forensics Laboratory Solution trough contract #GS-35F-0318S.
Federal agencies may now procure Digital Forensics services through the GSA Schedule 70 contract under the following line item: Information Assurance Data Analysis & Forensics. State agencies may also qualify through GSA programs.
GSA Schedule 70 Contract is a pre-competed vehicle by which government clients can streamline purchasing processes. GSA has verified experience and ability of each contract holder and has verified the pricing offered as consistent with industry standards. Utilizing the GSA contract can provide an efficient solution to procure IT needs.

Directive 63 Establishes Directive 63 Investigative Section LLC, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary
Directive 63 Investigative Section LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Directive 63 Inc, has been established in Virginia to provide real world professional investigation services.
Regulated and licensed through the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Service, DCJS #11-5778, DIS will work in conjunction with the D.63 Digital Information & Computer Evidence Laboratory as the real world arm for conducting case research and investigations. This partnership will provide clients a full service investigative solution which can work a case from start to finish utilizing the full scope of intelligence gathered from digital forensics sources, client sources, and real world intel sources.
DIS participates at every level of the investigation, cooperating with DICE Forensic Investigators to maintain a consistent sharing of knowledge and information in applicable cases.

FBI Digital Evidence Section Renews D.63 Services Contract for Information Assurance & Engineering
The Federal Bureau of Investigation Digital Evidence Section has renewed the Information Technology Professional Services contract with Directive 63 to provide Information Assurance and Engineering through May 2009.
Directive 63 has worked closely with the units of DES to maintain and improve DES Information Systems Security program and capabilities. Directive 63 provides assistance in the execution of ISSO functions and implementation of Information Assurance initiatives identified by DES to the Computer Analysis Response Team (CART) and Regional Computer Forensics Laboratory (RCFL).

FBI Cryptologic Electronic Analysis Unit (CEAU) extends C&A Contract
The FBI CEAU has picked up the option for D.63 to continue to provide IA and Certification and Accreditation support services.
Directive 63 will continue to assist CEAU with ISSO functions, as well as providing systems C&A compliance support unit wide. This engagement will run through Dec 2008.
